In this part-time On-call Nursing Supervisor - Registered Nurse (RN) role, you're ready and willing to answer the call for help.
During on-call hours, you provide caregiving assistance by offering guidance over the phone.
You also deliver quality in-home care, assessing and treating clients according to the physician's directives.
Attentive to detail, you carefully read all of the documentation provided and use sound judgment when providing in-home caregiving services.

Your clients appreciate your friendly manner as you make an effort to connect with them while meeting their needs.
They can count on you to administer prescribed medications, check that their equipment is working properly, and ensure that they have an adequate stock of medical supplies.
You also coordinate with community and social services to identify resources to improve quality of life, and you assist with scheduling medical and therapy appointments.
After you leave, you make sure to accurately update records and notify management of any changes in condition.
