Client Services Associate

OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and team-oriented individual to join our energetic financial planning group.
This entry level position with growth potential is part of a multi-level career path, which is contingent upon industry licensure and registration.
The role will require on-site work in our Marlton, NJ location.
ResponsibilitiesRelationship DevelopmentDevelop strong relationships with assigned financial advisors to create partnerships.
Paperwork Paperwork preparation for client meetings.
Follow up on paperwork to ensure accuracy and completion.
Resolve any pending issues with submitted paperwork.
Maintain a solid knowledge base of Lincoln Investment forms and paperwork requirements for transactions.
Customer ServiceProvide top notch customer service to clients of the financial advisors.
Telephone Skills Make outbound calls to investors for appointment confirmation, problem resolution, etc.
Handle inbound calls from investors in the absence of the financial advisor.
Handle inbound calls from assigned financial advisors.
Document all client interactions in Redtail CRM.
Knowledge/ExperienceExperience with operations and/or sales assistant functions preferred.
Strong knowledge of retirement accounts preferred.
Strong computer skills preferred.
Call center or similar experience a plus.
Skills Oral and written communications.
Customer service skills with a focus on relationship development.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask.
Attentiveness to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Education/Training Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Recommended Skills Call Centers Communication Customer Service Finance Financial Planning Knowledge Base Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
