Front Office Persons

A private Hearing Healthcare practice in the Marlton & Barrington, NJ area is looking for a motivated individual to maintain the front office and represent our practice with professionalism. This employee must be driven, poised, articulate, and possess the strongest of communication skills. Our professional will be able to multi-task effortlessly, prioritize efficiently, handle patient requests, manage the database, place outbound calls to patients, handle all administrative tasks, and do so with a smile. Someone who is proactive instead reactive, one step ahead instead of two steps behind, is the type of professional who will fit in well here. Someone with a sales mentality is a must because they will contribute to grow this practice one patient at a time. This is an extremely fast-paced, professional environment, and only the best of the best need apply. Must be flexible to travel to their Barrington office as needed. One evening a week (Tuesday) is needed to work until approximately 8-8:30PM. Also, a half day on Saturday is required every 2-3 weeks. There are 2 positions available now, one is in Marlton, the other is in Barrington.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle patient calls and effectively manage schedule
Contact patients to confirm/reschedule appointments.
Track and report daily scheduling metrics.
Greet patients immediately upon their arrival and provide excellent customer service.
Type correspondence for professionals.
Position Qualifications:
Minimum of High school diploma and Associates degree is preferred
2 years front office experience, in a retail medical setting (dermatology/optical/plastic surgery/cosmetic dentistry setting).
Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office programs i.e. Word and Excel.
Must be able to work well independently and be detailed-oriented

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
