Site Director - Marlton

Responsible for managing of Onward Behavioral Health site. Oversees all aspects of the patient service, provides clinical leadership and supervision, and assures smooth coordination of all administrative activities. As a part of the Onward Behavioral Health team, an employee in this classification is responsible for a wide range of clinical, marketing and clerical duties. Included but not limited to this is group counseling, individual counseling, family counseling, psycho-educational lectures, treatment planning, DAP notes, group notes, case consultation, program development, client record keeping in full compliance with state regulations and insurance authorization and utilization review. Will complete reports as required. Participates in monthly supervision with Regional Operations Directors. Responsible for weekly dissemination of information to all clinicians. Other duties as requested.

Education
Preferred Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field and/or License in the field. LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD/PhD mandatory. At least 2 years or more experience in mental health counseling/chemical dependency treatment field with CAC/CAADC/CADC preferred.
Qualifications
-Strong background in individual and group counseling therapy
-Strong knowledge of addictions counseling and 12-step model
-Demonstrated knowledge of working within a managed care environment
-Working knowledge of the DSM-V
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to adapt to fluctuating situations
-Diplomacy and tact in dealing with people
EOEEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
