Trial Attorney

Job Description GEICO in Marlton, NJ is looking for a senior attorney to join our staff counsel team. The acceptable candidate MUST be licensed in good standing to practice law in New Jersey. Position requires a minimum of 5 years experience in personal injury litigation and demonstrated trial ability in cases of moderate severity and complexity;  or 7 years litigation experience and demonstrated trial ability in cases of moderate complexity, preferably in New Jersey. Travel as required including but not limited to: attend trials, hearings, depositions, management meetings and conferences. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
