Senior Civil / Environmental Engineer

Job Summary Buchart Horn, Inc. is seeking a Senior Civil / Environmental Engineer with experience in Water / Wastewater design and permitting to join the staff in our Marlton, NJ office. The primary focus of the work would be to plan, develop, and coordinate Water / Wastewater collection or distribution systems and treatment systems in the new Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania area. Responsibilities Function as a Project Manager for the planning and coordination of multiple technical disciplines on projects. Development of job plans and the monitoring of schedules and budgets. Maintain strong technical knowledge of design techniques, procedures, regulations, materials, and specifications. Perform independent, complex engineering calculations and develop construction plans. Ensure corporate quality control procedures are followed throughout a project. Coordinate with a team in order to prepare technical reports and construction drawings. Check the work of Junior Engineers and CADD drafters. Assist with new business development activities, including proposal preparation and participation in sales presentations when required. Qualifications Qualified candidates must possess the following: Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering EIT Certification Licensed PE preferred, or ability to obtain PE within 12 months 15 - 20 years of experience in Civil Engineering, Water, or Wastewater projects. Knowledge of  AutoCAD Good communication skills and willing to work in a team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office software. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
